  • Damaged order?

    • If your Amor Eterno order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or a partial refund.

      When reaching out, please include clear photos of the damaged book and the shipping box. Providing these images helps us assess the situation and process your request more efficiently. 

      Please note that we are only responsible for delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you use a package forwarding service, the 7-day claim window begins once the order is delivered to the forwarding address. 
  • What qualifies as damage?
    • Large dents or crushed corners larger than 1/2 an inch
    • Ripped pages that affect readability
    • Large/deep scratches larger than 1/2 an inch on the cover or spine
