We do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.
Damaged Items
You have 14 days from the delivery date to report any damages. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we determine your order qualifies as damaged, you must return the product before we ship a replacement.
To request assistance:
- Email info@amoreternobooks.com within 14 days of delivery date.
- Include order number, name, and photos of damage.
Items that qualify as damaged:
- Large dents/crushed corners
- Deep scratches or tears on the cover, spine, or dust jacket (if applicable)
- Torn pages that affect the text
- Significant water damage or binding issues
Items that DO NOT qualify as damaged:
- Minor corner or edge dents
- Light scratches or scuff marks
- Small cosmetic imperfections
- Wavy pages or folded pages
